Registration Frequently Asked Questions

Once I complete my registration, what happens?

If you are hosting a swim group or joining a scheduled swim group, you will be contacted to confirm your date and time. If you have registered to be on the waitlist, you will be contacted as soon as possible, but it may be some time before we know where space is available. Everyone will be scheduled in the order their form was received.

Will my deposit be forfeited if there is not something available that works for me?

No. Your deposit only becomes non-refundable once you have agreed to a scheduled session date and time. If nothing becomes available that works for you, or if you need to make changes to your child’s lesson time, your deposit may be refundable or transferrable (see terms and conditions).
